HEGEMONALIA GRAND TOURNAMENT
Hegemonalia is a multisystem tournament organised by the Hegemon Shop in cooperation with the big organisations of each played systems in Poland. This year we are pleased to announce already the second edition of this great event, and the organisation will be at the highest level as usual! First of all, Hegemonalia is known for its great playing conditions - each time the venue we play in is comfortable building, and there is no shortage of space! The prize pool available on each system is also plentiful, thanks to our wonderful sponsors! In terms of a single event, this is one of the biggest tournaments in Poland. Two days of great fun await you + an after party after the first day in a gazebo with a barbecue, as well as a meeting with players of the 3 systems. The location this year is also „tactic one”, in the very centre of Poland!

TOURNAMENT RULES
ALL TOURNAMENT TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BUY

• 9th edition 2022 Arks of Omen Grand Tournament Mission Pack
• Teams of 5 players, within a team, a faction (a specific codex) cannot be used more than once
• 2000 points Strike Force armies, fully painted and WYSIWYG
• Rules and codexes released past 29.05.2023 cannot be used
• Preset missions and terrain, played on a 60” by 44” table
• Forge World units are allowed
• Legends units are not allowed

• Chess Clocks are mandatory to use, each team should bring at least three chess clocks
• Deathclock rule is not used by default, judge should be notified immediately if one of the players got 15 minutes or less left on the clock and the 5th round of the game hasn’t been started. It is both players' responsibility to keep track of the time and finish all 5 rounds.

WYSIWYG & 3D PRINTED MODELS
Models that are not official (including 3D prints, alternative models from 3rd party companies etc) or deviate from the norm in terms of size, wysiwyg etc must be met with approval from the TO and judge.
To receive approval, please email a photo of your model (preferably side by side with what it should represent) to patryk1.maik@gmail.com with your nickname and unit name included in the header.
We will then review the miniature and get back to you whether it is allowed or not.
LIST SUBMISSION AND REVISION
Lists must be written in WTC format and uploaded into Tourneykeeper by 06.06
Failure to do so will result in penalty points. Sample list can be found on WTC page.
Pairings will be available on 06.06.
You will have time until 7.06 to review your opponents lists and notify your opponents about any error found.
The lists should be corrected by the end of 9.06.
Failing to do any of those (list revision, correcting the errors found) will result in a penalty points.
PAIRING SYSTEM & TERRAIN
WTC pairing system will be used.

SCORING SYSTEM
All of the individual pairings results should be transformed into 20-0 format and put into the Tourney Keeper.
Putting the results online is a responsibility of both captains.
Failing to put the results online before the round end can result in a penalty.
Managing the time and chess clocks in all games is the players’ responsibility.
All games should be finished on time (all 5 rounds played).
Failing to finish the game can result in a warning for the players.
Team scoring and leaderboard will be based on Win/Draw/Lose system.
Team score:
54+ Win (2 ranking points)
47-53 Draw (1 ranking point)
46- Lose (0 ranking points)
WARNINGS, YELLOW & RED CARDS
The first warning doesn’t have an impact on the game scoring.
Two warnings automatically results in a yellow card. Yellow card results in a player score for a given game nullified (goes down to zero).
The red card can be given for cheating and not complying to the tournament rules.
A Single red card results in a player being disqualified from the tournament.
His score for the rest of the games is “0”.
Please keep in mind that not using the army rules correctly can be interpreted as cheating.
HOBBY SCORE
Battle ready standard is enforced on every army (the only exception is a player, who attends polish league 2-day tournament for the first time).
Unit and squad markings are necessary. Failing to discriminate your squads in a legible way, may result in a penalty points.
Every player should be prepared for the game: he should have his own dice and measuring tape. Moreover, he should have his army rules available (digital or paper format).
Players with an army fully painted to a battle ready standard will receive 1 tiebreaker point for each round they play (essentially 5 points (up to 15 per team)). Bonus points will be added at the end of the tournament to the final score.

Win (or forefeit) - 3 pts
Tie - 1 point
Loss - 0 pts
Game Points (up to 24pts per game)
- Primary objectives ≤ 16 pts
- Secondary objectives ≤ 6 pts
- Bonus = 0 pts or 2 pts for a fully painted Kill Team. If there are concerns or disagreements, the judge will determine whether a Kill Team is painted.
Match winner is a player with a greater result of sum of points from all 3 categories (Primary, Secondary, Bonus).
Ties are applicable as a match result, however game points (small points) will be used to determine one's position in final standings.
At the end of the event if there is a tie between players in Major Points sum of match points (small points) will be used as a tiebreaker.

Conversions / Kitbashes:
During the event WYSIWYG rules will be applied.
Converted or kitbashed models are accepted within reason.
If you are not sure whether the model you would like to play is/will be legal please send us a picture at dropzonekt@gmail.com and we will clarify everything.
MISSIONS & ROUNDS
MISSIONS:
During the event we will utilize missions from Critical Operations mission pack, this means:
- Open Play
- Close Quarters
We will do our best to have an equal split between open and close quarters tables. However, there might be differences with how many table types will be available during the event.
100 minutes per round (we recommend 10 minutes to find the table + 45 minutes per player). If a player requests the usage of a chess clock, their opponent has to comply.
There will be approximately a 10 minutes break between each round to enter the results, gather your stuff and start a new round.
Open play matches will be played on standard 30" x 22" tables set up by TO, Into the dark Terrain will be set up fallowing rules from Crit Ops. Close Quarters pack.
ROUNDS:
Tournament consists of 7 rounds (4 in Saturday and 3 in Sunday)
Tournament organizer reserves the right to extend/cut off number of rounds and do additional, small rules pack’s changes.
List of missions will be provided at least 3 weeks before the event.
TERRAIN FEATURES
All terrains used during tournament have their light, heavy, insignificant, vantage point and traversable features as described in their source books (for example: octarius terrains etc.). In case of any uncertainty judge will decide and clarify of terrain traits.
Additional terrain rules will apply during tournament:
• Doors
• Scramble
• Traversable
• Scalable (for terrain features taller than 4”)
• Hatch
If players want to use any additional special rules from campaign books (e.g. Chalnath, Octarius, Nachmund), or White Dwarf magazines they have to agree that before the start of the match.

Rosters should be submitted to contact@hegemonshop.com , no later than 02.06 , until 23:59 CET.
Whoever does not share their roster until the due date will be deducted 5 small points from the final standings.

LIST RESTRICTIONS
Bring two 40 point lists of one faction.
No restrictions on lists.
THE LISTS SUBMITTED and LOCKED MUST BE THE LISTS YOU USE.
List lock will be 9 June by 20:00.
Up to a 7 round event if more than 64 players attend.
Battlefield setup will be the chosen by players method.
The upper ranked tables games are to be played on a 2 hour deathclock, with each player getting 1 hour of time.
Anything that is your decision is on your own time.
Round 1 will be a random draw and will not use deathclocks, unless enough clocks for all tables can be sourced.
At the end of the round players updates the score, and the TO's will check the results, if this result can't be agreed by both players, then a TO will decide on the result.
Stats will pair players Swiss style with no repeated matchups.

On this Grand Tournament will be played 7 games In 2 days (4 on 1st, 3 on 2nd), missions will be generated before tournament and all different. More info soon.
Regulations
Event Regulations
General provisions
1. These regulations define the conditions of participation in the 2nd Hegemonalia Battlezone Tournament, hereinafter referred to as the Tournament, held at the Hala Sportowa GOSTiR w Rzgowie Szkolna 5 street, 95-030 Rzgów, Polska
2. Participation in the Tournament, i.e. accreditation to enter the Venue area, requires familiarization with the regulations and its acceptance, confirmed at the time of accreditation. The Regulations are available for inspection at any time at accreditation points and on the website https://hegemonalia.com/#hs hereinafter referred to the Website .
3. The organizer of the convention is Żywiec Fantasy Association "Parzenica" with its registered office in Wieprz near Żywiec at ul. Nad Sołą 983, NIP 5532534176, entered into the Court Register under the number KRS 0000667799, and the co-organizer is Hegemon Shop sp. z o.o. Represented by Paweł Czaniecki registered in Bielsko-Biała at UL. KS. STANISŁAWA STOJAŁOWSKIEGO 39 /2 entered into Registry of Companies under the numbers KRS 0000906434 NIP 9372735932, hereinafter referred to as the Co-Organizer or the Association. The Tournament is a cultural event within the meaning of the Act of 25 October 1991 on organizing and conducting cultural activities (Journal of Laws 2020, item 194, as amended). The Tournament is not subject to the provisions of the Act on the Safety of Mass Events of March 20, 2010 (Journal of Laws No. 62, item 504) due to being held in a sport hall or school building (Article 3 point 1b).
4. The Organizer has the right to appoint Members of the Association representing its interests and coordinating the event on behalf of the Association at the convention site on the basis of appropriate agreements, resolutions and powers of attorney.
5. A member of the Association, hereinafter referred to as the Operational Coordinator, delegated to represent the Organizer in formal and legal matters and able to make decisions on its behalf during the convention, for a period determined in accordance with the relevant agreements and powers of attorney, based on the resolution of the Association Board Meeting on the organization of Funcon 2022, number 01/2022 is the President of the Management Board, Adam Ochwat, until his dismissal, the expiry of relevant contracts and powers of attorney or the end of their duration, if such a period was indicated therein.
6. Any person who is not a member of the Association and wishing to take part in the event must be entered on the list of participants at the place where the event is organised.
7. The provisions of the sixth point of these regulations apply to the Participants of the Tournament. They do not apply to persons with whom the Association has concluded a separate agreement or agreement.
8. Compliance with the regulations is supervised by the Organizer and its representatives, security and volunteers servicing the event.
9. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in removal from the tournament area.
Time and place of the event
1. The tournament starts on Saturday, June 10, at 10:00.
2. The accreditation will work on Saturday from 08:00 and Sunday from 08:00, until it closes.
3. The convention ends on Sunday, June 11th, at 17:00. All participants are asked to leave the venue building by then.
4. For the purpose of preparing the facility, the Organizer may grant access to the venue to selected persons outside the hours of the event - in particular, this applies to exhibitors and staff.
Accreditation
1. In order to participate in the event, you must go to the accreditation point to obtain an ID badge and a wristband. The participant is obliged to wear an identifier and a band in a visible place and identifiable by the event staff, and in the event of accidental covering - to present it to the event staff upon request.
2. Until the end of the tournament, the identifier and the wristband remain the property of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove the participant's ID in the event of a gross violation of the regulations and the need to expel the participant from the convention area.
3. It is forbidden to break or remove the band in the convention area. Persons without an ID and wristband will be directed to the accreditation point in order to obtain a new wristband, and in the event of refusal - removed from the convention area.
4. At the time of accreditation, a photo ID proving the participant's name and age must be presented.
5. Minors (from 12 to 18 years of age) participating in the Torunament without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian are required to provide the accreditation with the written consent of the parent or legal guardian, according to the template on the website of the event. Minors without the consent of a parent and children under 12 without the presence of a parent or guardian are not entitled to participate in the event.
6. Children under the age of 12 have access to the event only under the care and constant care of a parent or guardian.
7. Special accreditation from the organizer is required:
- running attractions (programme),
- running a sales stand (exhibitors),
- conducting media activities (including photography, except for private use).
8. For the purpose of infection prevention, all restrictions applicable on the day of the event will be applied, including:
- health declarations,
- temperature measurement,
- mandatory hand disinfection,
- covering the mouth and nose,
- keeping distance,
- limits of people in individual lecture halls.
9. The organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation of a person who does not comply with applicable laws governing the principles of infection prevention and/or to expel such a person at any time during the convention.
10. Pursuant to applicable regulations, the organizer may ask for a current epidemic safety certificate of an accredited participant. The verified person will receive a special wristband entitling him to enter the rooms where the limit of non-certified persons has been reached, provided that the regulations allow for such an exception.
11. Admission above the limit of participants of the entire event does not apply to attractions with a specific limit of participants, as well as the capacity of the rooms resulting from the provisions of the construction and fire protection law.
12. A person at the wrong accreditation point will be directed to the queue appropriate for their type of accreditation.
13. Data stored and collected by the Organizer for the duration of the event, and used for the participant's ID card and records for the purpose of his accreditation, are processed in accordance with the Act of 10.05.2018 on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) and will be deleted after the end of the event.
14. Health declarations will be kept for the required time (14 days) and then destroyed.
Order and security
1. The participant has the right to:
- participation in attractions,
- using exhibitors' stands,
- information support from the event service,
- ensuring safety from the protection and handling of the event,
- emergency medical care.
2. The care provided by the medical service is ad hoc. A person using medical assistance is obliged to provide the medical service with information about his/her health, allergies and medications. In justified cases, the medical service may transport a person to a health care facility.
3. Participants are prohibited from:
- consume alcohol and use intoxicants on the premises of the convention,
- smoking cigarettes and using nicotine inhalers outside the designated area,
- political and religious agitation,
- propagating ideologies in the Polish state prohibited by law,
- advertising and marketing activities - apart from accredited entities,
- bring weapons and other dangerous items,
- directing replica weapons at other people, except in situations of express consent (e.g. posing for photos),
- harassment, harassment and aggression towards other convention participants,
- introducing animals - the exceptions are guides of disabled people and animals whose presence has been agreed with the organization,
- devastation, littering or misappropriation of the property of the school and participants,
- disturbing the peace of others,
- staying in places marked as inaccessible to participants,
- taking pictures in prohibited places,
- damage to the good image of the venue.
4. The organizer does not identify with the views and theses voiced by the participants of the event.
5. The organizer is not responsible for items lost during the event. All items found by participants and event staff will be reported to the Torunament office, and after the event, the Organizer will store lost items for a minimum of two weeks.
6. The organizer is not responsible for material and moral damage caused by other participants. The organizer will provide support to the participants with the greatest possible care if it is necessary to identify the perpetrator of the damage.
7. A participant who violates the property of the venue where the event takes place may be held financially liable by the Organizer for the resulting damage and removed from the event venue.
8. Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the event staff. Persons serving the event have special identifiers and wristbands. Among the event service, the following stand out, in ascending order of responsibility:
- Volunteers (minions),
- Organizers (coordinators, organizers, specialists),
- Main Coordinator and Operational Coordinator,
- Venue staff, security and medical service.
9. Any events affecting the safety of the Tournament participants should be reported to the event staff.
10. In the event that a crime is suspected in the existing situation regarding the safety or health of participants, the Organizer will immediately notify the relevant services.
Final provisions
1. The organizer reserves the right to use the image of the participants of the convention, including photos from the cosplay competition and fotostudios, for information and promotional purposes, as well as to share these photos with its partners for similar purposes.
2. These Regulations apply to all persons on the premises of the Torunament.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations without the obligation to inform.
In case of any doubts, the interpretation of the Regulations belongs to the Organizer. In all matters not covered by these regulations, the Venue regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

What is Hegemon Team? We are Hobbyists 😉 We have been operating since October 2021, putting the customer's needs first, of course.
We support the local community by organizing tournaments, challenges and leagues. There is always someone in the shop who will introduce you to the secrets of painting figurines. We will teach every willing person to play battle games or we will play a friendly battle on a larger or smaller scale. But most of all, we always give you advice 🙂
In cooperation with the Polish National Team in Warhammer 40K, we have created Hegemon Battleforce, which is a response to the needs of new players of this system. We are also the sole sponsor of this particular team.

"Parzenica" is an association established in the Żywiec region with the aim of formalizing the activities of a group of people who vigorously promote alternative ways of spending free time.
As private individuals, we have been operating on this level for years, it was our hands to create all editions of Funcon, as well as the Harucon Manga and Anime Fans Rally in Opole, Festivals of Alternative Cultures Krakon, My Little Konwent, Ponycongress, Asian Festivals Hikari or Aishiteru or our small mountain convention Funcon
Our members have been supporting libraries in Podbeskidzie for years by giving lectures, conducting workshops, teaching how to paint figurines or conducting meetings with board games.
In 2018, on our initiative, the Żywiecki Klub Gier “Planszowa Przystań” (now Żubr) was launched.
The first field branch was established in Poznań, which we created by joining forces with the CONTRUST team, while formalizing the long-term cooperation at the "Hikari" and "Asian Week" Festivals.
Day by day we are developing, expanding our group and creating new projects and implementing emerging ideas and ideas. We also try to help other organizations and institutions.
